Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Disassemble and Pack

Carefully disassemble your chair and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit; all original components must be included.

Affix Shipping Label

Securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
